Discover the Bandai Disney Characters Slide Can Candy blind bag—a collectible candy toy with 10 Art Nouveau designs. Learn what's inside and who it's for.
Quick answer
The Bandai Disney Characters Slide Can Candy is a fun blind bag that combines a collectible sliding can with ramune-flavored candy. It's best for Disney fans who enjoy surprise unboxings and want a small, display-friendly item.
What makes this blind bag different
Unlike typical blind bags that contain a plastic figure or keychain, the Bandai Disney Slide Can Candy offers a functional sliding can decorated with Disney Princess artwork. The design draws from Art Nouveau and uses metallic glittering finishes. There are 10 possible designs, and you won't know which one you get until you open it.
Each can also holds a small portion of ramune-flavored candy, so you get a sweet treat alongside the collectible. This two-in-one approach appeals to collectors who enjoy both the surprise element and a tangible reward.
Trade-offs to consider
The candy is a one-time edible, so the primary long-term value is the can itself. If you're looking for a reusable container, the slide can works well for storing small items like coins or earbuds, but it's not airtight or intended for food storage after opening.
Because the design is random, you may receive a duplicate if you buy multiple units. The 10-design set means completing a full collection requires several purchases and some luck.
Decision rules
- You want a collectible with a functional design: The sliding can works as a small storage container after the candy is eaten. If you value items that serve a purpose beyond display, this blind bag fits that need.
- You enjoy surprise unboxings with a low price point: At a catalog price of USD 3.64 (compared to USD 4.99), it's an affordable way to get a Disney-themed surprise. The random design keeps the unboxing exciting. Budget-friendly for a one-off treat or a small gift.
- You're a Disney Princess or Art Nouveau fan: The artwork is specifically Disney Princess in an Art Nouveau style with metallic glitter. If that aesthetic appeals to you, the can will fit nicely on a shelf or desk.
