A practical FAQ on the Re-Ment Family Restaurant Hangyodon Series: how the blind-box format works, what one random design means, and what to check before buying.
Quick answer
The Re-Ment Family Restaurant Hangyodon Series is an eight-design miniature collection sold blind-boxed: a single purchase gives you one random design, not the full set. If you want all eight, choose the Full Set option, which includes every design at a 10% discount.
Why the blind-box format matters for this set
This is a collector-oriented miniature series, and the packaging is part of the product. You cannot pick a specific restaurant scene or character pose at checkout; the design you receive is determined by the sealed box. That makes single purchases a low-cost way to sample the line, while the Full Set option is the only way to guarantee an eight-design lineup.
Because the line-up contains eight different designs, buying singles repeatedly can produce duplicates. The catalog does not list a duplicate-prevention guarantee for single boxes, so treat repeats as a real possibility if you buy one at a time.
Where the set fits and where it doesn't
These miniatures suit desk displays, shelf dioramas, and small Sanrio-focused collections where space is limited. They are not a full-scale playset, and the catalog does not describe electronics, moving parts, or accessories beyond the miniature designs themselves, so don't expect interactive features.
The Full Set discount is the clearest value if you already know you want the complete lineup. The single-box price is better if you enjoy the surprise or want to trade duplicates with other collectors.
Hangyodon Re-Ment collector FAQ
- How many designs are in the set?
- The Re-Ment Family Restaurant Hangyodon Series line-up contains 8 different designs. Eight designs means a complete set requires either the Full Set option or eight correct singles.
- Do I get to choose which design I receive?
- No. Single boxes are blind boxed, so the design is random and cannot be selected at checkout.
- What does one purchase include?
- One random design, not the Full Set. The Full Set option is the only way to receive all 8 designs. Check the size/option selector before adding to cart to avoid expecting a full set from a single box.
- Is there a discount for buying the full set?
- Yes. The Full Set option includes all 8 designs with a 10% discount.
- Can I end up with duplicates?
- The catalog does not promise duplicate prevention for single boxes, so repeats are possible when buying one at a time. If duplicates would bother you, the Full Set removes that risk.
- Where is the series made or imported from?
- The series is imported from Japan.
